Sửa lỗi "Error 0x0000052e" không kết nối với máy in trên Windows 11, Windows 10

Hiện tượng:

Trên hệ điều hành Windows 7 / Windows 8 / Windows 10 . Khi bạn cài đặt chia sẻ máy in, ở máy trạm xuất hiện thông báo lỗi “ Windows cannot connect to the printer (details: Operation failed with error 0x0000052e) ” - “Logon failure: unknown user name or bad password.”.

Cách khắc phục:

Tạo một Trusted credential trong Credential Manager

Mở Control Panel -> chọn Credential Manager -> Chọn Add a Windows Credential

Nhập vào các thông số sau :

• IP Address hoặc full computername của máy chủ
• User name và Password có quyền truy cập vào máy chủ
• Nhấn OK để lưu lại thiết lập

==> Sau khi thực hiện các bước trên, các bạn thực hiện lại kết nối máy in như bình thường !
